Account & Registration

Click on the "Register" link in the top navigation, fill in your details including name, email, and password, then click "Create Account". You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Shopping & Orders

Browse our products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and complete your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement if they haven't been processed yet. Contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard or contact customer service.

Payment & Pricing

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. The final amount you'll pay is exactly what's shown during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free for orders over GH₵50. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of GH₵10 applies. Express delivery options are available for an additional fee.

Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days within Accra and 3-7 business days for other regions. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee.

Returns & Refunds

Our return window depends on your location: Within Takoradi — returns must be initiated and items returned the same day the order is delivered. Outside Takoradi — returns must be initiated and items returned within 1 to 3 days from delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Some categories (e.g., personalized items) may be excluded. See the full policy.

If your delivery address is within Takoradi, your return must be initiated and completed on the day of delivery. For addresses outside Takoradi, you have 1–3 days from delivery. Please keep your receipt and ensure items are unused and in original packaging.

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending back the item.
